Arsenal have reportedly made their first bid for Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
German source Kicker says that the Gunners have tabled a bid of €50m (£44m) for the Gabon international, ahead of a potential move to North London.
Aubameyang has been linked with Arsene Wenger's team throughout the January transfer window as the Frenchman looks to replace Alexis Sanchez, who is reportedly closing in on a move to Manchester United.
The forward has found the net 13 times in 15 Bundesliga outings this term, and has also laid on three goals for his teammates.
Aubameyang was dropped from the Dortmund squad that played Wolfsburg last time out due to disciplinary reasons.
