Inter Milan boss Antonio Conte is reportedly eager to wrap up a deal for Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgium international has been heavily linked with a switch to San Siro, although it has been suggested that the Italian side are struggling to fund a move.
That has allegedly let in Juventus at a time when Maurizio Sarri is also said to be keen on adding a new frontman to his squad in Turin.
According to the Daily Mail, Conte wants to complete the transfer as soon as possible in order to avoid United encouraging a bidding war.
While United are said to be open to parting ways with Lukaku, the Premier League giants are unlikely to consider any offers unless it is close to their £75m valuation.
Inter chief Giuseppe Marotta has called for 'patience' as the club look to make progress in negotiations.
