Angel di Maria has rubbished suggestions that he will leave Manchester United this summer after a trying first season in England last term.
The Red Devils smashed their transfer record by signing the Argentine for £59.7m from Real Madrid last summer but the winger struggled to scale the heights expected of him.
Consequently, speculation has mounted that the 27-year-old could quit the Old Trafford club, with Paris Saint-Germain reportedly keen.
"I have just finished my first season playing for Manchester United," Di Maria told The Sun.
"It was a hard season for me. I think it was hard because it was another country and another league, and this league is harder than the Spanish one. So, I couldn't adapt myself as I wanted to.
"Now I will play the Copa America and then I will move back to Manchester for next season and do my best there."
Di Maria scored three times and bagged 10 assists from 27 Premier League appearances last season.
