Borussia Dortmund have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood.
For a number of months, the Premier League giants have been linked with Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, who could be allowed to leave for £100m during the next transfer window.
Having previously lived in the area during his time in the academy setup at Manchester City, the England international allegedly favours a move to Old Trafford.
However, according to ESPN, informal discussions regarding a potential deal led to Dortmund asking about the availability of Greenwood.
The report states that United quickly told the German side that the teenager would not be used in part-exchange for Sancho.
Greenwood, who does not turn 19 years of age until October, has already scored 12 goals for United in all competitions.
