Eric Bailly is reportedly ready to snub Manchester United's latest contract offer after his omission from the squad to face AC Milan in the Europa League in midweek.
The Ivory Coast international did not make the journey to San Siro in midweek after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer claimed that he was "being assessed", with United winning the tie 1-0 and progressing thanks to a Paul Pogba goal.
Despite an inconsistent campaign, Bailly is understood to be in line for a new deal at Old Trafford, but he is supposedly set to reject that offer after growing increasingly frustrated with his situation under Solskjaer.
An insider told The Sun: "Eric has had enough now. He simply doesn't feel wanted or respected by the manager. Eric doesn't believe he gets any answers or explanation about the way he is treated and feels he is the easy option to leave out.
"It's a real shame because Eric always tells us he loves the club and feels the respect of the fans. But it's got to the point this week where he has to think about his future."
The former Villarreal man has turned out 15 times in all competitions for United this term, but he has started just seven of the Red Devils' 29 Premier League games and is due to become a free agent in 2022. body check tags ::
