Sheffield United defender Kyron Gordon emerges as a target for Manchester United, according to a report.

Manchester United have reportedly joined the race for Sheffield United defender Kyron Gordon.

The 18-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for the Blades but has been on the bench on three occasions during the 2020-21 campaign, including against Manchester City in the Premier League earlier this year.

Everton and Liverpool are both said to be interested in the teenager, who has been training with Sheffield United's first team for long stages of the season.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Man United are considering a move for Gordon, with the defender's current deal at Bramall Lane due to expire next year.

The report claims that Leeds United are also admirers of the youngster, with the Blades seemingly facing an uphill battle to convince him to sign a new deal.

Man United, meanwhile, are allegedly ready to battle Manchester City for the signature of Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in the upcoming market. body check tags ::
