Manchester United are reportedly frustrating clubs with their negotiating tactics as they continue to offer low amounts for targets.
The Red Devils have already brought in Daniel James from Swansea City this summer and they are believed to be after at least two more players.
According to the Evening Standard, however, Old Trafford power brokers are coming under pressure to speed up their recruitment process.
United are said to be trying too hard to haggle over prices and are at risk of missing out on targets, with Crystal Palace the latest team to be irritated in talks over Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The report indicates that Palace made it clear to United that it would take a £60m cash offer to sign Wan-Bissaka, yet Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have made two bids well below that amount.
