Manchester United are reportedly at the head of the queue to sign Leicester City's James Maddison.
Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City have all recently been credited with an interest in the 22-year-old, who scored seven times and registered seven assists in the Premier League last season.
However, according to The Independent, United are now in 'pole position' to land the Englishman, with the Red Devils entering into discussions with Leicester over a summer swoop.
Maddison has a contract at the King Power Stadium until June 2023, placing the Foxes in a strong negotiating position when it comes to the playmaker.
Brendan Rodgers's side are said to value Maddison, who arrived from Norwich City in last summer's transfer window, in the region of £60m.
