Sergej Milinkovic-Savic's proposed move to Manchester United is reportedly on hold after Lazio placed a £90m valuation on the Serbian midfielder.
With Ander Herrera joining Paris Saint-Germain and Paul Pogba seeking for a move elsewhere, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking for fresh faces in midfield and has identified Milinkovic-Savic as a possible target.
A report on Sky Italia claims that talks have been ongoing between the two clubs, with the Red Devils placing an offer of £72m.
However, The Mirror reports that the 24-year-old has been given a £90m valuation by Lazio to price United out of a move after they initially declared their interest last summer.
The report also claims that Juventus and PSG are interested in the Serbian international, whose contract runs until 2023.
United, meanwhile, are continuing their pursuit of England defender Harry Maguire, who has told Leicester City that he wishes to leave the club.
