Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu is still being monitored by Manchester United, according to reports.
Despite being born in Germany, the 21-year-old is a Turkish international, with three goals in 11 appearances for his country.
He was linked with a move to the Red Devils in the summer, and the Premier League side are considering renewing their interest in the January transfer window, reports Tuttomercatoweb.
However, Louis van Gaal's side will face competition for his signature from AC Milan, the report adds.
Calhanoglu, who has a reputation as a set-piece specialist, joined Leverkusen in 2014 and has already scored nine Bundesliga goals for Roger Schmidt's side.
