Manchester United are reportedly open to offers for rumoured Chelsea target Sergio Romero.
The battle for the number one spot at Old Trafford is set to intensify this season following Dean Henderson's return from a two-year loan spell at Sheffield United.
Romero has acted as understudy to first choice David de Gea for the last five years but is likely to see his first-team options limited further if he stays.
The 33-year-old is therefore keen to leave United this summer, and The Express reports that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ed Woodward are willing to listen to offers for him.
Chelsea, Aston Villa and Leeds United are among the clubs to have been credited with an interest in Romero, whose contract expires next summer.
There is yet to be any official contact from the interested parties, though, despite the new Premier League season getting underway on Saturday.
Chelsea are understood to be close to agreeing a deal for Rennes goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, which would end their interest in Romero.
