Manchester United's proposed summer move for Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho is reportedly in severe doubt following comments from Ed Woodward.
The English club's executive vice-chairman has hinted that the Red Devils are unlikely to spend big in this summer's transfer window due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Sancho continues to be linked with a move to Old Trafford, but the 20-year-old is thought to be valued in excess of £100m by his German club.
According to The Mirror, Woodward's comments suggest that a deal for the England international is 'in serious doubt' due to the current state of the market.
Sancho has again been in impressive form for BVB during the current season, scoring 17 times and registering 19 assists in 35 appearances in all competitions.
The attacker has also been linked with Chelsea and Liverpool but is believed to favour a move to Old Trafford should he return to English football.
