Sao Paulo midfielder Lucas Moura has confirmed that he is considering a move to Paris Saint-Germain, despite early interest from Manchester United.
The highly-rated Brazilian youngster, who is representing his national side at the London Olympics, was tipped to join the former Premier League champions in a rumoured £30m bid.
Despite Sir Alex Ferguson revealing his interest in the playmaker, reports recently emerged claiming that PSG are ready to scupper United's plans.
"I talked to Thiago Silva and Leonardo, they said many good things about the club, the project they are implementing there. Talks are well underway, but not done yet," Moura told Globo Esporte.
"I will stay at Sao Paulo until the end of the year. I have always said that I want to win a title and qualify for the Copa Libertadores before leaving.
"If the transfer happens in January, I'll be able to do that for Sao Paulo. For now, I'm focused on the national team, though. I can only say something after the Olympics."
The 19-year-old has been at Sao Paulo since 2010.
