Barcelona winger Philippe Coutinho has reportedly been offered to Chelsea as the Spanish giants look to offload the former Liverpool attacker.
The Brazil international has endured an underwhelming time at Camp Nou since his £142m arrival from Liverpool in 2018 and has spent this season on loan at German champions Bayern Munich.
Coutinho, who has registered eight goals and six assists in the Bundesliga this term, has been widely linked with a return to England's top flight in recent weeks.
According to The Mirror, Frank Lampard's side have been given the chance to bring the 27-year-old to Stamford Bridge, but the Blues would only be interested in a loan deal due to other priorities in the transfer market.
Chelsea continue to be linked with highly-rated Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, and the report claims that Manchester United would be better financially equipped to sign Coutinho.
The Brazilian has netted 21 times in 76 games for Quique Setien's side since his arrival.
