Real Madrid are preparing to make one last attempt to sign Paul Pogba from Manchester United this summer, according to a report.
The Frenchman's agent has been working on the move for months, but United are expected to hold firm.
According to The Times, Manchester United will reject any offer that comes in for the former Juventus man.
Earlier this summer, Bernabeu boss Zinedine Zidane made signing Eden Hazard and Pogba his transfer priorities, with club president Florentino Perez delivering the former back in June.
Perez is currently working on a deal to bring Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar back to La Liga, but the Brazilian favours a return to Barcelona.
Real Madrid had been attempting to loan Gareth Bale to Bayern Munich, but the German champions instead elected to borrow Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona.
