Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney has reportedly turned down two lucrative approaches from the Chinese Super League.
Recent speculation had claimed that the 30-year-old was offered deals valued at around £500,000 a week to make the switch to the Far East.
However, Rooney has rebuffed those proposals in favour of continuing his career at Old Trafford, according to The People.
It is believed that the striker is determined to help the club return to trophy-winning ways, as well as breaking Sir Bobby Charlton's goalscoring record.
Rooney's current deal, which is believed to be worth £300,000 a week, runs until the summer of 2018.
