Manchester United have reportedly taken an interest in Victor Wanyama following the Celtic midfielder's performance against Barcelona in the Champions League on Wednesday.
According to the Daily Mail, United chief European scout Martin Ferguson attended the game at Celtic Park that ended in a 2-1 victory for the Scottish champions.
The 21-year-old had an impressive game, as he scored against the Blaugrana and imposed himself in the midfield.
It has been reported that United will offer Celtic around £12m in January, although Hoops manager Neil Lennon values the Kenya international at £25m.
Wanyama's contract with Celtic lasts until June 2015.
