Shrewsbury have signed defensive duo Scott Golbourne and Ro-Shaun Williams.
Former Wolves and Reading left-back Golbourne was a free agent after leaving Bristol City at the end of last season.
"I am delighted to be signing," he told Town's website. "I am really pleased to get back into a club and to have come here.
"This is a club that I have always heard good things about – having a connection with a few guys at Wolves who are from Shrewsbury.
"I am really pleased to be here and I am excited to get going, as I have been out of the game for a while."
Centre-back Williams arrives on a two-and-a-half-year deal from Manchester United.
The 20-year-old said: "I feel like I've completed youth football, I've come up from playing for your local team all the way through to the reserves at United. I think I'm ready to be playing men's football.
"I like to play on the ball and defend but pace is something I've got in the locker as well."
