Manchester United are reportedly ready to compete with rivals Liverpool for the summer signing of Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.
The Merseyside outfit failed to land the 24-year-old in January, despite sending representatives to Ukraine on deadline day to try to conclude a deal.
They were believed to be confident of beating Tottenham Hotspur to his services for next season, but now United have seemingly joined the race for the pacey wideman.
According to The Mirror, the Red Devils scouted Konoplyanka in Dnipro's league match on Sunday and are willing to meet his £12m buyout clause once given the green light by new manager Louis van Gaal.
Konoplyanka scored four goals in his seven Europa League appearances for Dnipro this campaign.
