England captain Wayne Rooney delivered a speech to his teammates after becoming the nation's leading goalscorer at Wembley on Tuesday night.
The Manchester United striker reached the feat when he scored his 50th England goal from the penalty spot in a 2-0 victory over Switzerland.
The goal in last night's Euro 2016 qualifier surpassed the previous record of 49 set by Sir Bobby Charlton.
After the game, England boss Roy Hodgson presented Rooney with a commemorative shirt in the dressing room and cameras captured the captain's speech, in which he encouraged youngsters Harry Kane, Ross Barkley and Raheem Sterling to beat his marker in the future.
