Sevilla full-back Alberto Moreno has admitted that he is 'desperate' to make the Spain squad for the World Cup finals in Brazil.
The talented defender, who played in La Roja's 2-1 win over Equatorial Guinea on Saturday evening, is said to have impressed head coach Vicente del Bosque with his performances in La Liga this season.
"What would I give up to go to the World Cup? A whole year's wages!" he told Marca.
"I'd give as much money was needed. No, I prefer not to [make any plans for next summer].
"If I end up going to the World Cup finals, I'd cancel holidays three years in a row."
The 21-year-old's progression has also reportedly attracted the interest of Manchester United, who are expected to lose Patrice Evra at the end of the season.
