The assistant referee who appeared to wrongly rule out two Mexico goals in their match against Cameroon last week has been replaced for the remainder of the World Cup.
Replays showed that Mexico could have been awarded two goals in the first half of their 1-0 win over the African side, but Humberto Clavijo claimed that the scorers had been offside.
FIFA announced that the Colombian will no longer be part of referee Wilmar Roldan's team at the tournament.
Christian Lescano of Ecuador will be replacing him for South Korea's clash with Algeria on Sunday.
