Middlesbrough head coach Aitor Karanka has expressed his frustration after his side were held to a draw by Blackburn Rovers for the third straight occasion.
Boro had fewer shots than Blackburn in today's goalless draw at Ewood Park, but did go closer than the home side with several efforts kept out by Simon Eastwood and two shots hitting the woodwork.
"It's always the same story against Blackburn," Karanka told the club website.
"The man of the match is always the keeper. Three times I've come up against them and three times it's been the same.
"It was [Paul] Robinson last season and Eastwood twice this season. Fortunately we don't have to play them again [this season]."
The only reason Eastwood has played the last two recent meetings is because Blackburn's number one Jason Steele is on loan from Boro and can't play against his parent club.
