Middlesbrough head coach Aitor Karanka has called on his side to continue improving after their draw away at Arsenal last weekend.
The North-East outfit have won just once in the Premier League this season but they produced their best performance since their return to the top flight as they prevented the Gunners from scoring at the Emirates Stadium.
Boro host Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon in what is regarded as an important fixture for both clubs, but Karanka does not want his side to become "obsessed" with trying to end their seven-game run without a win.
The 43-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "We don't want to arrive to games obsessed that we have to win.
"We have to keep improving. After Tottenham we have improved. The way we managed the game at Arsenal was really good and we have to keep improving."
Middlesbrough currently sit in 17th place in the Premier League table.
