Millwall caretaker manager Neil Harris has admitted that he is "gutted" after seeing his side concede twice late on to draw 2-2 with Brentford.
The relegation-threatened Lions looked on course for just their eighth win of the season on Saturday as goals from Lee Gregory and Aiden O'Brien put them 2-0 up with 25 minutes left at Griffin Park.
However, Alex Pritchard and Moses Odubajo both scored during the final five minutes to keep Millwall seven points adrift of safety in the Championship.
"I'm gutted for the players, I thought they were outstanding," Harris told BBC Sport. "At 2-0 up with five or six minutes to go you expect to see the game out, but it shows where we are as a club at the moment.
"We're down but we will pick ourselves up. And the positives were there for all to see. All I've asked the players is to give me everything they have got. In the three games I've been in charge so far they have done that and I can't ask for any more."
Millwall are back in action on April 3 when they host Charlton Athletic in the Championship.
