Millwall caretaker boss Neil Harris has admitted he is "gutted" that his team were unable to complete a comeback at home to Leicester City, despite a strong showing after half time.
The Lions were 2-0 down early in the second half before Richard Chaplow inspired a fightback that almost saw the South London club grab a point, and Harris believes that his side performed well.
He told reporters: "I'm gutted for the boys because they were fantastic today. We asked for desire and tempo and we got that.
"We'll come in tomorrow, regroup, and go again for a tricky but winnable Cup tie at Southend. I want passion."
Harris has been in temporary charge of Millwall since Steve Lomas was sacked as manager of the club on Boxing Day.
