Millwall manager Ian Holloway has praised the spirit shown by his side to rescue a late point against Sheffield Wednesday tonight.
The Lions were staring their first defeat of the season in the face until Magaye Gueye struck in the fifth minute of added-on time to secure a 1-1 draw at Hillsborough.
"From a coach's point of view, what a fantastic goal we scored," Holloway told reporters following the Championship clash. "It was a great finish and was what we deserved. The players are starting to believe that we're a decent team.
"I'm delighted with the spirit. I'm trying to utilise my squad and all the subs played their part. It was two good teams and a fair point."
Millwall, who are currently third in the league table, return to action next weekend when they host Rotherham United.
