Former Millwall striker Tony Cascarino believes that the club made the right decision to sack manager Ian Holloway.
The Championship strugglers dismissed the 51-year-old on Tuesday following a run of two wins from 15 games.
Cascarino says that Holloway was guilty of making poor decisions during his 14-month stint at The Den.
"I have to say Ian made a lot of mistakes," he told Sky Sports News.
"I never like it when I see managers make lots of changes and change formations so regularly. If you change things as a manager you've got to get them right. You're paid to make changes that improve the team."
Millwall legend Neil Harris has been appointed manager until the end of the season.
