Australian striker Scott McDonald has switched Championship clubs this afternoon, leaving Middlesbrough for Millwall.
The 29-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the Lions after having his Boro contract terminated by mutual consent.
"He works hard for the team, links play well and can operate in different formations," Millwall manager Steve Lomas told the club's website.
"The great thing from our point of view is that he's hungry to do well. He's got his eye on next summer's World Cup for Australia and knows that to get into the squad he needs to be scoring goals for Millwall."
McDonald netted 40 goals in 124 appearances for Middlesbrough since joining from Celtic in January 2010.
