NAC Breda boosted their hopes of staying in the Eredivisie by beating Europa League-chasing Cambuur 2-1 at the Rat Verlegh Stadion tonight.
The hosts broke the deadlock on 63 minutes courtesy of Adnane Tighadouini, who latched on to Demy de Zeeuw's ball to stroke home the opener.
The 22-year-old then grabbed his second - and eighth of the league season - on 87 minutes to effectively seal the win for relegation-threatened Breda.
Bartholomew Ogbeche struck a 92nd-minute consolation for the visitors, but it was not enough to spoil the hosts' night.
Breda stay second from bottom in Netherlands' top flight but reduced the deficit to five points, while Cambuur stay four points off seventh place.
