Napoli have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Mexican winger Hirving Lozano from PSV Eindhoven.
It is believed that Carlo Ancelotti's side are currently ironing out some administrative details with the 23-year-old's former club Pachuca before signing him on a five-year-deal.
According to Voetbal International, this deal will surpass the £35m Manchester United paid for Memphis Depay in 2015 as PSV's record sale.
Lozano has scored 35 goals in 60 league appearances for the Dutch club since moving from his native Mexico in 2017.
The report also suggests that Mark van Bommel's side, who have taken four points from their first two Eredivisie fixtures this season, are eyeing up Groningen winger Ritsu Doan as a potential replacement for the Mexican star.
