Arjen Robben has lamented the injury that saw him last just half-an-hour of the Netherlands' 1-0 Euro 2016 qualifying defeat to Iceland on Thursday night.
The 31-year-old pulled up with a groin problem in the first half of last night's setback in Eindhoven and the Bayern Munich man expects to undergo scans in Germany today.
"There will probably be a flight to Munich tomorrow," he told NOS.
"It's really incomprehensible. Specialists will now begin to say that I am prone to injury. But I was very fit and started super sharp in the competition."
The former Chelsea and Real Madrid winger could now miss Sunday's crucial qualifier with Turkey.
