Follow Sports Mole's live coverage of the Premier League clash between Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns.

Newcastle United secured their fourth win in a row in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion this afternoon.

Ayoze Perez put the visitors ahead just before half time, before Fabricio Coloccini doubled he lead in the second half.

The result moves Newcastle up to seventh in the table, while the Baggies sit 13th.

Read how all the action unfolded below:

Good afternoon! It's an hour to kickoff at the Hawthorns where Newcastle United will be looking for their fourth straight league win. Both sides have just announced their teams, s let's take a look...
WEST BROM STARTING XI: Foster, Wisdom, Lescott, Dawson, Pocognoli, Brunt, Dorrans, Mulumbi, Morrison, Anichebe, Berahino
NEWCASTLE STARTING XI: Krul, Janmaat, Coloccini, Dummett, Haidara, Sissoko, Abeid, Colback, Cabella, Perez, Ameobi
WEST BROM SUBSTITUTES: Myhill, Gamboa, McAuley, Baird, Yacob, Sessegnon, Samaras
NEWCASTLE SUBSTITUTES: Elliot, Williamson, Taylor, Anita, Gouffran, Armstrong, Cisse
So Alan Pardew makes three changes to the startling lineup that led Newcastle to a win over Liverpool last weekend. Ayoze Perez, who scored the winner last time out, Remy Cabella and Massadio Haidara are all included. Papiss Cisse drops to the bench, while Steven Taylor and Gabriel Obertan miss out with injuries. 17-year-old striker Adam Armstrong is also on the bench for the visitors.
Meanwhile, there are two changes for the hosts, following their 1-0 win over Leicester City last time out. Victor Anichebe and Youssouf Mulumbu come in for Stephane Sessegnon, who starts on the bench, and Craig Gardner, who misses out after picking up his fifth booking of the season last week.
While their opponents have been on a strong run over the last month, West Brom have been on a good run recently. Alan Irvine's side have lost just once in their last six league outings, and boast the top-scoring Englishman in the Premier League in their squad in the form of Saido Berahino, who has been called up to the senior England squad for the first time this week.
Newcastle's winning run extends back to a 1-0 win over Leicester almost a month ago. Since then, they've beaten Spurs and Liverpool, and also knocked Manchester City out of the Capital One Cup.
Newcastle last visited the Hawthorns on New Year's Day, when a late penalty from Saido Berahino gave the Baggies a narrow win. Newcastle also finished the match with 10 men after Mathieu Debuchy was sent off late on.
In his pre-match press conference, Alan Pardew told reporters: "We are winning games, confidence is good and everyone is playing their part. We look forward to the game on Sunday. West Brom are the hardest-working team in the Premier League so we will have to match that on Sunday."
Following his appointment in the summer, Alan Irvine admits that it has taken a little time for the fans to warm to him: "Every West Brom fan I have bumped into has been really supportive. Wishing me good luck, saying they hoped I would be given the chance, given time. So it was not as if I was getting all this animosity coming my way. People were just waiting and while they were waiting there were a few grumbles. It can turn round like that. Lose the next four games and it will be back to what it was but the difference is that they have had a chance to see me working rather than the preconceived ideas."
There was good news for Newcastle defender Jonas Gutierrez earlier this week. The Argentine was give the all-clear from testicular cancer, with doctor estimating that he will be able to start training again in as little as a month. To mark the news, the scoreboard will display a picture of Gutierrez during the 18th minute of the match.
As with all matches this weekend, there will be a minute's silence ahead of kickoff to remember those who have lost their lives at war. Both teams will also be displaying the British Legion's red poppy on their shirts this afternoon. Here's a look at West Brom's shirt from the club's official photographer:

Newcastle have struggled at the back at times this season, conceding an average of 1.5 goals per match, leaving them with the 13th best defence in the league so far this season. They've let in just one in their last three outings so far though. West Brom have been a little tidier, letting in an average of 1.3. West Brom have also kept four clean sheets - only Swansea and Southampton have more!
Berahino has been the leader of the West Brom attack, scoring more than half of the team's 13 league goals so far this season. Newcastle have scored a couple less, with Papiss Cisse netting four of their 11 goals this season. The striker, who has been nursing an injury in recent weeks, is on the bench today though.
We've already seen West Brom's poppy-adorned shirts, so here's a little look at the visitors' kit for their Remembrance Sunday outing:

With a few minutes still to go before the players make their way out, why not see what we think could happen this afternoon:
REFEREE WATCH! Craig Pawson will be in charge of the match this afternoon. It will be the first time that he's officiated West Brom this season, but he did take charge of Newcastle's defeat to Stoke in September.
PREDICTION! Before the players make their way out of the tunnel, there's just time for me to make a quick prediction. These two sides have both been in superb form, and they should both be playing for the win, but I think Newcastle will just have the edge today, so I'm going for a 2-1 away win.
The players make their way out of the tunnel in front of a packed Hawthorns. Both club captains are carrying red poppy wreaths as part of the remembrance ceremony.

Both sets of players line up around the centre circle for the minute's silence, which is observed flawlessly by the supporters.
KICKOFF! West Brom get the match underway.
There've been no real chances to speak of in the opening couple of minutes, but West Brom have probably just edged the possession. Youssuf Mulumbu tried to get forward for the hosts, but the through ball for the striker went straight through to Tim Krul.
The visitors win a free kick around 30 yards out when Mulumbu brings down Cabella, but Dorran is back to help the home side clear the threat.
There's a worry for Newcastle as Sissoko appears to have picked up a knock after tangling with Mulumbu. The resulting free kick is curled in towards Dummett, but the Welsh international can't keep his header down. It looks like Ben Foster is struggling with having the sun in his face at the minute, so had Dummett got the finish on target, it may very well have gone in.
Newcastle win the first corner of the match when Pocognoli turns the ball behind, but Cabella's delivery into the box is straight to the head of Jack Colback.
OFF THE BAR! Sammy Ameobi tries his luck with a swerving effort from just outside the box, and it dips dangerously at the last seconds, catching Foster out, but it didn't quite squeeze under the bar.
After a decent spell for the visitors, West Brom finally manage to get the ball back down the other end, with Saido Berahino looking for his first sight of goal, but his shot from the edge of the box is well blocked by Coloccini.
CHANCE! Berahino forces a save from Krul as Anichebe picks out the striker with a pullback on the edge of the box, leaving Berahino to try and slice it into the roof of the net, but the Newcastle keeper does enough to tip it over.
After a bright start by Newcastle, West Brom have really started to dominate in the last five minutes or so, with Mulumbu looking to get them forward again. Ameobi loses track of Dorrans, leaving the Scottish midfielder to pick out Chris Brunt with a cross, but his header flies well wide.
Sissoko shook of his earlier knock, and now appears to have injured James Morrison, as the two collide while trying to win a loose ball, leaving the West Brom man clutching his back. It looks like he'll be alright though.
Ayoze Perez tries to get himself into space in the box as his looks to score in a third successive Premier League match this afternoon. However, Janmaat's ball into the box is poor, and the striker can't get to it in time.
CHANCE! Mulumbu goes on the attack again, crossing the ball in for Berahino. The striker's path is blocked, but he keeps the move alive with a chip for Anichebe, but he scuffs his shot to leave Krul with a comfortable save.
Anichebe earns himself a talking to from Craig Pawson as he clatters into Fabricio Coloccini, but the referee keeps his cards in his pocket for now.
Dorrans sends a perfectly-weighted pass forward for Anichebe, put Dummett is marking the forward closely, and forces the ball out for a West Brom corner. Brunt curls is back in, but Krul punches the ball away from Perez gets is clear.
A quick break from Newcastle leaves West Brom scrambling at the back, but Lescott just gets back in time to stop Janmaat's run. The defender's challenge leaves Alan Pardew bemused, as he clearly thinks it should have been a free kick just outside the box for the visitors.
Newcastle are starting to look dangerous again as the match heads into the final 10 minutes of the first half. Mulumbu gives away a free kick on the left flank, which Abeid curls into the box. Dummett rises highest to bring it down, but his first touch is poor, and it's quickly gathered by Foster.
Anichebe is on the move down the other end, but he hasn't got any teammates up in support, and eventually loses out to Haidara, who passes it back safety for Krul.
Both sides have had their moments, and they've each had one big chance, but neither team have really taken control of this match yet, but that should leave it nicely poised for the second half, assuming neither can find a late goal before the break.
Newcastle are still pushing to break the deadlock, but Ayoze Perez is caught offside while waiting for a ball forward from Haidara.
West Brom are also applying some pressure late on in this first half, winning a corner with just a couple of minutes to play when Dummett puts an Anichebe effort behind. Brunt whips it in, and Mulumbu rushes in from the edge of the box to meet it, but his mis-times his shot, blasting it well high of the bar.
GOAL! West Brom 0-1 Newcastle (Ayoze Perez)
Ayoze Perez finds the back of the net for the third game in a row, and it's a cheeky backheel that puts the visitors ahead. Janmaat sprints down the right flank before crossing in towards the striker, and he deceives Foster by flicking the ball in with he heel, picking out the bottom left corner on the brink of half time.
HALF TIME: West Bromwich Albion 0-1 Newcastle United
It had been a pretty quiet first 45 minutes at the Hawthorns, but a moment of genius from Ayoze Perez right at the end of the first half has given Newcastle the advantage. Both sides had had one decent chance each, with Sammy Ameobi striking the bar before Saido Berahino force a save from Tim Krul, but chances have been at a premium so far.
This stat, courtesy of Opta, pretty much sums up the first half...

Here are a few more of the numbers from the opening 45 minutes. The home side just edged the possession with 53% and had one more shot than their opponents with six. Perez's goal was the only shot on target for Newcastle, but West Brom tested Krul twice. The home side have been a little more physical though, committing seven fouls to Newcastle's two.
It looks like Cristian Gamboa could be making an appearance early in the first half as he's been taking part in a substantial warm up over the break.
SUB! The players are starting to make their way back out. Gamboa is indeed coming on, with Sebastian Pocognoli having picked up a knock in the first half.
KICKOFF! The visitors get the second half underway.
The visitors win a free kick around 30 yards out as Haidara is brought down. It's curled towards the edge of the box, but Brunt boots is clear for the visitors.
West Brom are clearly looking to get back on level terms as soon as possible as Anichebe charges forward looking for Berahino, but the striker mis-times his run, allowing Newcastle to get the ball back.
Morrison gives away possession in the final third, allowing Janmaat to run at the West Brom box. It eventually falls to Haidara, but a solid challenge prevented him from getting the shot away.
Tim Krul almost gifts the hosts an equaliser as he comes off his line to try and deny Berahino a shot, but a high bounce sees the ball soar over his head. Luckily for the Newcastle keeper, he was a couple of defenders back to spare his blushes, with Coloccini making the clearance.
West Brom continue to press, and win another corner when Mulumbu forces Colback to turn the ball behind. Krul makes amends for his mix up a few minutes earlier though, decisively coming forward to claim the ball.
Krul launches the ball deep for Ameobi, but the striker can't hold off the challenge of Colback, immediately handing possession back to the hosts. Newcastle haven't looked anywhere near as tidy at the back as they were in the first half since the restart.
CHANCE! With Newcastle still looking out of shape at the back, Mulumbu tries to take advantage with a low drilled effort from 25 yards out, but he drags his effort just wide.
GOAL! West Brom 0-2 Newcastle (Fabricio Coloccini)
Fabricio Coliccini has his first goal of the season as Newcastle double their advantage, somewhat against the run of play. Janmaat does all the hard work, bursting down the right-hand side before sending a perfectly-weighted cross in for his second assist of the game, leaving Coloccini with a simple header from a few yards out.
SUB! West Brom make a change as they try to overturn a two-goal deficit now. Mulumbu, who has had a pretty mixed afternoon, makes way for Stephane Sessegnon.
Newcastle really seem to have settled down now. They had been pretty scrappy for the first 15 minutes or so of the second half, but the two-goal cushion has obviously settled their nerves.
West Brom try to get back on the attack to give themselves hope of rescuing seomthing. Anichebe attempts to set up Sessegnon, but Jamaat clears the ball before the substitute can get the shot away.
The home side have gathered themselves well since the second goal, and Dorrans tries to catch out the Newcastle back four with a quick burst forward, but Coloccini spots his run, and makes a solid block to stop him getting a shot away.
We told you earlier that Newcastle has just the one shot on target in the first half, resulting in the goal for Ayoze Perez. Well, they've only had one shot on target in the second half as well, so Ben Foster is actually yet to make a save!
Dorrans brings down Dummett out wide, but the visitors can't get themselves into the West Brom box from the set piece. Newcastle have certainly been more defensive since Coloccini's goal, and may be just looking to hold on for the final 15 minutes.
SUB! The hosts make their final change, sending on Samaras in place of Dorrans, who has been in the receiving end of a couple of heavy tackles this afternoon.
SUBS! Alan Pardew makes a double change, taking off Sammy Ameobi and Fabricio Coloccini for Yoan Gouffran and Mike Williamson. As a result of Coloccini's exit, Moussa Sissoko takes the captain's armband for the final 10 minutes or so.
CHANCE! Andre Wisdom gets a golden opportunity to get the home side back into the match as he wins the ball in space on the edge of the box. His first touch is decent as the takes a step towards the Newcastle goal, but he then rushes his finish and blasts the ball high into the crowd.
SUB! Two years since Ryan Taylor's last Premier League appearance, he's coming on for the final few minutes at the Hawthorns, taking the place of Remy Cabella.
Anichebe plays the ball forward for Wisdom again, who could have crossed the ball first time for Berahino, but the on-loan Liverpool youngster took a touch, giving Janmaat time to win the ball back.
Williamson sends a high ball forward for Perez, who shows some superb footwork to hold off Dawson, eventually winning a corner for the visitors.
CHANCE! Ben Foster has now made his first save of the match, tipping a shot from point-blank range over to deny Perez his second of the day after Taylor had flicked it on.
Brunt finds a gap in the Newcastle defence to find out Anichebe, but the striker gets outmuscled by Haidara before he can get the shot away. Berahino picks it up on the edge of the box, but he can't test Krul.
Janmaat has to turn the ball behind as West Brom continue to look for a late goal. Meanwhile, the fourth official indicates that there are three minutes of stoppage time to be played.
James Morrison tries to force the ball in from the corner after Dummett initially clears it to the edge of the box, but the Scottish international's effort is wide.
FULL TIME: West Bromwich Albion 0-2 Newcastle United
So a goal in each half extends Newcastle's winning streak to four Premier League matches, with Daryl Janmaat setting up Ayoze Perez and Fabricio Coloccini with a couple of superb crosses. As things that, that leaves Newcastle seventh in the table.
