The Football Association has warned Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew about his future conduct.
The warning came after the boss was charged with improper conduct, relating to comments he made to the media before the Magpies' derby match with Sunderland last month.
Pardew, 50, denied the charge and requested a personal hearing.
The case was found proven and the former West Ham United and Charlton Athletic boss was warned as to his future conduct.
