Alan Pardew has described Newcastle United's victory over West Ham United in the Premier League this afternoon as "a super win".
Yohan Cabaye scored a brace during the 3-1 victory at Upton Park, leaving the Magpies eighth in the table.
"A super win. We made it difficult for ourselves in the second half. We could have come away without winning, they had two big chances," BBC Sport quotes the manager as saying.
"We were really good in the first half, we had something like 12 shots in the first half. We were kicking ourselves to be just a goal up at half time."
The win is Newcastle's first in four games.
