Football Conference team Gateshead have completed the loan signing of Newcastle United striker Tom Heardman.
The 19-year-old has been in positive form for Newcastle's development side this season, having found the back of the net 13 times.
The centre-forward will now spend the next four weeks with Gateshead and he is expected to go straight into the squad for this evening's clash against Lincoln City.
Under the terms of the youth loan, Heardman will still be eligible to turn out for Newcastle's Under-21 outfit.
