Newcastle United have reportedly joined the race to sign Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard.
The 22-year-old has been in fine form for the Scottish champions this season, registering 22 goals and 12 assists in 27 league appearances prior to the coronavirus suspension.
Edouard's contract at Celtic is set to expire at the end of the 2021-22 season, and Arsenal have been persistently linked with a swoop for the striker.
However, according to The Chronicle, Magpies boss Steve Bruce has already spoken to Celtic's transfer team via video meetings over the past few weeks, with Edouard supposedly being tracked by Lyon and Everton as well.
The report also claims that Newcastle are keeping tabs on Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos, but Edouard has supposedly emerged as Bruce's top target ahead of next season.
The France Under-21 international has netted 62 times in 126 appearances for Celtic since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain on a permanent basis in 2018.
