Barcelona may report Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho over conspiracy claims.

Barcelona is considering reporting Jose Mourinho to UEFA following his a rant that essentially suggested that there’s a conspiracy to get the team in the Champions League final.

Barca saw off Real Madrid with a 2-0 away victory last night in a match which saw three red cards given by Wolfgang Stark. One went to Madrid’s substitute goalkeeper Jose Pinto for his involvement in a clash as the teams left the field for the interval. Another went to Real defender Pepe for a foul against Dan Alves. Mourinho, who regards this as the turning point of the match, was himself sent off the pitch as he questioned the officials’ decision.

“If I say to [Stark] and UEFA what I think my career ends today,” he claimed, before insinuating that opponents of Barcelona receive less than favourable treatment from referees, listing a string of instances which he has found unfair throughout the current campaign as well as previous ones.

"I can't say what I feel. I only leave one question. Why? Why? Ovrebo, Bussaca, Frisk, Stark? Why to all these people. Each semi-final always brings the same. We're talking about a fantastic football team. So why? Why does a team as good as they are need something [extra] that is so obvious that everyone sees it?”

"Today it's clear that against Barcelona you have no chance,” Sky Sports quotes him as saying. “I don't understand why. I don't know if it's the publicity of [club’s shirt sponsor] UNICEF, I don't know if it's the friendship of [Spanish football federation president Angel Maria] Villar at Uefa, where he is vice-president, I don't know if it's because they are very nice, but they have got this power. The rest of us have no chance.”

Barcelona have responded to the rant on their website, stating: “Barcelona's legal department will study the declarations made by Jose Mourinho to determine whether to refer them to UEFA.

"In the post-match press conference, Jose Mourinho severely criticised the referee Stark and insinuated that UEFA treated Barcelona favourably."
