Plymouth Argyle have confirmed that Carl Fletcher will become the permanent manager of the club after the League Two side exited administration last week.
It was confirmed on Friday that businessman James Brent had agreed a deal with the club's joint administrators to buy Plymouth.
Since the takeover, the Pilgrims have acquired player-manager Fletcher on a permanent basis with Romain Larrieu as coach alongside him.
The 31-year-old Wales international was taking charge at the helm on a caretaker basis after the departure of Peter Reid last month.
The side, who were relegated from League One last season, currently sit at the bottom of the table with eight points.
