Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that he will stick to his policy of rotating Tottenham Hotspur's strikers as he looks to compete in all competitions.
Kane continued his impressive form with a goal in Wednesday's 2-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion in the League Cup, but his performances have not persuaded Pochettino to stray from his regular plans.
"The Premier League, Europa League and Capital One Cup are all different competitions but afterwards we always analyse each player for the next game," the Argentine told reporters.
"I could think only that I need to pick Harry for the next game but he shares the minutes with the other strikers, Emmanuel Adebayor and Roberto Soldado, and all the players have the opportunity to play.
"We always put the strongest side out that we can. We have a strong squad. Soldado, Kane and Adebayor are all different players and we are in more than one competition."
