Lazio have maintained their perfect record in the Europa League thanks to a 3-1 win over Nice in Thursday's Group K clash at the Allianz Riviera.
The hosts took an early lead through Mario Balotelli, who connected perfectly with Wesley Sneijder's cross on four minutes to direct the ball into the bottom right-hand corner of Thomas Strakosha's goal.
No sooner had Nice broken the deadlock than Lazio were level, with under a minute elapsing before Felipe Caicedo made the most of a mix-up between captain Dante and keeper Yoan Cardinale to fire home.
Caicedo was then involved in the Biancocelesti's second goal on 65 minutes as he made headway down the left flank before setting up Sergej Milinkovic-Savic in front of goal, the 22-year-old making no mistake from close range.
Lazio made sure of all three points in the 89th minute, with Luis Alberto's corner met by the head of Milinkovic-Savic, the effort leaving Cardinale helpless.
