Northampton Town manager Chris Wilder has been nominated for November's League Two Manager of the Month award.
Despite the off-field financial troubles the club has been facing this season, the Cobblers are level on points with Oxford United and Plymouth Argyle at the top of the table after four wins out of four last month.
Michael Appleton's Oxford also went unbeaten with 10 points out of a possible 12, while John Coleman's Accrington Stanley scored 10 goals and collected seven points from three games.
The final nominee is John Sheridan, whose Newport County side moved out of the relegation places with six points in an unbeaten four-game run.
The winner will be announced on Friday morning.
