Norwich City striker Grant Holt has revealed that he is ready to answer the call if he is selected for England's Euro 2012 squad.
Holt's 15 goals this season have led to many urging for his inclusion in the national team for this summer's tournament.
"I've got to do it for Paul Lambert first and if the new boss wants to pick me I will take the opportunity on," he said.
"If you put the ball in the area I will do my best to finish. I've got good players around me and I always said I would score goals at any level."
Holt moved to Norwich from Shrewsbury Town in 2009 for around £400,000.
