Norwich City boss Chris Hughton has claimed that supporters are fully entitled to boo their own team.
West Ham United fans were particularly disgruntled after their 2-1 win against Hull City on Wednesday, which led to midfielder Mark Noble to urge the Hammers' followers to get behind the team.
However, Hughton feels that fans are within their rights to air their grievances if they feel their team's display is not of the required standard.
He told Sky Sports News: "It's one you have to accept and it is part and parcel of the game. You can't let it disrupt what you want to do with your ambitions.
"I think it's one of the many factors in the game that has changed a little bit. Supporters spend more money than ever before and with that expectations change."
The Canaries are currently 14th in the Premier League.
