Matt Jarvis has said that his season-long loan move to Norwich City has provided him with "a fresh start".
The winger joined West Ham United in 2012 and was a key member of the starting lineup in his first two seasons at Upton Park, but he fell out of favour last term, during which he made only 13 appearances in all competitions.
As a result, the 29-year-old has switched to Norwich, where he would like to kickstart his career again.
"I was back in on June 22 with West Ham and I played all of the Europa League qualifying matches for them. I'm fully fit and I've been involved in pretty much all the games so far this season," he told the club's official website.
"I'm in good condition and ready to go. It's a fresh start for me, it's a chance for me to get back to playing games and back to my best."
Jarvis could make his debut for the Canaries against Bournemouth on Saturday, September 12.
