Norwich City manager Paul Lambert admitted that he was disappointed with his team's performance after their 3-0 defeat at home to Liverpool.
Reds striker Luis Suarez claimed a hat-trick at Carrow Road to inflict a third straight loss on the Canaries.
"It's a sore one," Lambert told BBC Sport. "There are not many times when I have walked away from here disappointed in the three years I've been here but that was disappointing.
"I don't think we've ever lost three in a row - it's not too bad that it's taken this length of time - but we've still got two massive games to try to get through and that's what we'll try to do."
The defeat has left Norwich in 13th place in the Premier League table.
