Norwich City captain Russell Martin has described his side's performance in today's Championship playoff final as their "most accomplished" of the season.
The Canaries returned to the Premier League after just one season in the second tier with a 2-0 win over Middlesbrough at Wembley.
After an end-to-end start, two quick goals before the 15-minute mark from Cameron Jerome and Nathan Redmond settled the game.
Speaking to Sky Sports News afterwards, Martin said: "It's emotional after being relegated last year, which was so hard to take.
"Middlesbrough have been brilliant all season, but we came here and put in our most accomplished performance of the season.
"We knew we had big-game players, people who've been there and done it, and it paid off today."
Martin played every minute in all but one of Norwich's league games this season, scoring twice.
