The Football League have confirmed that next Monday's Championship playoff final between Norwich City and Middlesbrough will be refereed by top Premier League official Mike Dean.
The 46-year-old is one of England's premier referees and often takes charge of the country's biggest battles, such as Manchester United versus Arsenal yesterday.
Next week's game at Wembley will be the fourth Championship game of the season that Dean has overseen.
Norwich are trying to earn promotion straight back to the top flight after relegation a year ago, while Boro want to end their six-season stay in the second tier.
