The agent of Joaquin Larrivey has accused Norwich City of a "lack of seriousness, professionalism and ethics" after the Celta Vigo striker's move to Carrow Road collapsed.
The 30-year-old traveled to Norwich last week for a medical after the two clubs agreed a fee in the region of £1.4m, but the Spanish media reports that the newly-promoted Canaries pulled out of the deal at the last minute.
Daniel dos Reis told Fiches: "There has not been any problem that may have lead to this.
"Nor has there been any change in the numbers of the operation. This is a total lack of seriousness, professionalism and ethics by Norwich."
Larrivey scored 11 goals in 35 appearance for Celta last season.
