Norwich City have reportedly quashed Queens Park Rangers' attempts to sign Gary Hooper by agreeing a fee with Celtic for the striker.
The 25-year-old was expected to sign for Championship outfit QPR following reports that the Scottish champions have granted permission for the two parties to discuss personal terms after accepting a bid.
Despite R's manager Harry Redknapp openly speaking about an impending transfer, Hooper will have a medical at Norwich today after agreeing personal terms, according to Sky Sports News.
Reports have claimed that Hooper is poised to put pen to paper on a four-year deal at the Premier League outfit.
